WHAT IS DHI HAIR TRANSPLANT?
Although DHI (direct hair implant) is a new method, it attracts great attention. DHI is a term used to indicate that the hair is transplanted directly. With this method, as in many hair transplant methods, healthy follicles are transferred to the bald patch.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF DHI TECHNIQUE?
Implanter pens specially produced for the DHI technique are used. With the help of these pens, follicles are transferred from the healthy scalp to the bald patch.
The channels where the follicles will be transferred are opened using the same pen. Thus, no other tool is needed.
HOW IS DHI HAIR TRANSPLANT PERFORMED?
After this stage, the healthy follicles are taken one by one. Hair follicles are taken with tools called implanter pens and transferred to bald areas where the canals have been opened. Thanks to the methods and devices used, a large number of follicle can be transferred. Thus, individuals get much more dense and natural looking hair.
Direct hair transplantation is a micro-level procedure. For this reason, large incisions are not made and the healing process is completed quickly.
In the DHI method, there is no need to make a haircut before the application. For this reason, it is a method frequently used by women as well.
